Biographical Sketch

                     Alton O. Moore III, Mission, TX


Alton O. Moore III was born in Harlingen, TX in 1963 to Alton O. Moore Jr.
of Weslaco, TX and Mary Ann Santos of Newark, NJ.  As his father was a
Spanish professor at Pan American University of Edinburg, TX for some
fifteen years, Alton III had the benefits of an early exposure to computers
at the university.

Except for a year lived in Austin, Alton has spent his time in the Valley,
owning properties in Edinburg and Mission.  Meanwhile, working with
computers has provided a good living and plenty of business experience
over the years.

He is a generalist at heart, preferring to indulge a broad range of
interests, from ranching and flying to religion and quantum physics.
With fairly well-developed ideas of right and wrong, he is intensely
interested in the principles of governance, whether in the business
or more political sense.

Having married in middle age, Alton is accompanied in life by his
Venezuelan wife, Alys, and is now the proud father of Alton O. Moore IV,
otherwise known as Mini-Alton!
